During our fall break I kept a list just to see what kinds of learning was going on even without official homeschool work happening. I kept the list on a piece of scrap paper, but I have it organized here into categories. Not everyone participated in everything on here, and many of them were just a one time, short thing.
Life skills

5. writing notes and spelling words for the notes
6. practicing our Latin prayer at mealtimes

1. hiking at a local park
I was surprised to see how much learning went on in our daily life. Writing it down helped me see that there really is a lot going on even when I feel overwhelmed by having four young children.
